What is the timeframe for returning my order?

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return any unwanted items.

To be eligible for a full refund or store credit, all returned items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as when you received them, and must include all original packaging. In case of a damaged, worn, or unsuitable item return, we cannot issue a refund. All returns are thoroughly inspected by our team once we receive them.

When will I receive my refund?

We will inspect the return items as soon as we receive them, so the timing of your refund is dependent on how long it takes for your returned items to reach us by mail.

  • We only issue refunds to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Once our team has processed your return, you’ll receive an email notification. Please allow a maximum of 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account, although it frequently occurs sooner.

Remember to keep proof of postage and tracking information for each return.

If your return items get lost while in transit and you are unable to provide proof of postage and/or tracking information, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
